285 Calories!?!?! For that I can have a serving (or two) of real ice cream! Are you sure that calorie count is correct? And, if it is, how is that supposed to be so healthy of a snack? Much better to just eat a frozen banana....
What if you froze the banana filling between 2 graham cracker squares? - 7/22/14

I didn't care for the cookie part but the ice cream part was good. I added a little peanut butter to it and ate it without the cookie. - 1/5/14

Fifty-seven carbs, a lot of that which you know is sugar. I don't know if I'd use the word "healthy" to describe this treat. - 12/15/13

Loved it. Made with my granddaughter, and we both enjoyed them. - 10/4/13

This was just ok...for the calories I would rather have a nice banana mug cake & cream cheese frosting. If you aren't a banana fan, dont even THINK of trying it. I think I would have preferred just having the 2 cookies and not the banana cream, just didn't need it. - 12/6/13

Fab--fast, clean food--all natural + terrific for banana fans (and people who wouldn't or can't put cow or other dairy in their beautiful body). - 12/15/13

My kids and I didn't care for the cookies at all, but the banana cream was good. Will definitely make the cream part again. - 1/11/14

to those griping, it is healthy w) 7g fiber & 3g healthy fats per cookie. Think bowl of oatmeal with a banana sliced on it. really folks... if your diet doesn't fit with this recipe then of course it won't be a good match. Move on, rather than besmirch a healthy recipe. - 5/1/20

Added cinnamon, vanilla to cookies & "ice cream" + salt to cookie. Cookies might be better with baking soda or powder as mentioned in video. Liked "ice cream" part best, added a swirl of chocolate sauce, more calories tho. Added ~2 T half-n-half to bananas b/c my food processor needed help. - 7/27/15

This was a healthier version of an ice cream sandwich that I gave to my adult kids for a treat! The cookie was o.k., but the carbs were too high for me being a diabetic, so I avoided this one for myself. - 5/1/15

The banana "ice-cream" was pretty good but I wasn't thrilled with the cookies - I probably will not make again. - 5/1/15

Delicious! And small portions means I don't over eat. Thanks! - 1/2/14

Can you make it without a food processor? Maybe I'll just try to find some oat flour already made...
