12 oz cod2 T lemon juice1 sliced lemonFreshly ground black pepper1 T chopped fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking dish with Pam or nonstick cooking spray.
Rinse cod and pat dry with paper towels. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle cod with lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper to taste, and parsley. Place sliced lemon on the cod.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with fresh vegetables of your choice.
