A great breakfast drink and low sodium . Also helps to use up three fruits that you need to eat everyday. - 3/30/08

I have been making this smoothie for years now. Only I add vanilla protein powder too. It becomes a full breakfast...and some wheatgerm. - 4/1/09

Made this this morning. Yum! Filled me up until lunch. The leftovers went into the freezer (in custard cups). That's tonight's dessert. - 4/17/09

I love this recipe. I started making it when I was home on maternity leave and my 3 year old had to have it everyday for breakfast. I add a little Splenda for myself to sweeten it up a bit. - 1/13/08

I make this ALL the time. I also use frozen fruit as it makes a colder smoothie. I also add a bit of honey and some vanilla for a bit of extra flavor. Do the honey with the milk and yogurt first though, as it would stick to the ice if you do it with that. Very yummy indeed! - 3/30/08

Had all the ingredients on hand and just made this - YUMMY! I used soy milk so I need to calculate the nutritional info, and I'll probably add flax seed the next time I make it. - 3/30/08

I love this! I use low-fat yogurt of vainilla or strawberry flavor, sometimes I add honey or splenda and blend it with some ice. - 5/5/09

We make these quite regularly. They are a big fan favourite with one of my kids and friends. We vary the fruit, but bananas and frozen strawberries are popular and we usually have them on hand.

Thanks for the tip about freezing them into popsicles though. That would be a nice treat for summer. - 3/31/09

I used frozen strawberries and peach, left the banana out (by mistake) and it was still great. - 4/4/08

I make this smoothie, but I use 1/2 cup soy milk and add 1 scoop of protien powder. The fruit can change from day to day depending on what I am hungry for, and you can even throw in some fresh spinach (can't even taste it). I drink this every morning, and it keeps me satisfied all morning. - 6/13/10

Absolutely delicious! My daughter loves that its "pink" and we told her that it is what Princesses drink to become big and strong. She loves it! We all do! - 4/4/10

This is a very good recipe, i used fresh strawberries and 1 scoop low fat ice-cream with the yogurt. What's left my son likes frozen into ice suckers, very refreshing either way you have it - 3/31/09
