Ingredients
SalmonCherry TomatoesGreen BeansOlive OilHerb butterlemonseasoning
Directions
Preheat oven 400F
In a 13x9 pan place green beans on one side, the 4 filets in the middle (skin down) and the cherry tomatoes on the other side
Drizzle veggies with lemon and oil
Salt salmon, then top with pat of herbed butter
Roast in oven for approx 20 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 4, 3 oz fillets plus veggies
