Pumpkin Granola Bars

Ingredients
3/4 c mashed pumpkin1 egg1/4 c margarine2 T molasses1/4 c honey1/2 pumpkin seeds, chopped1/2 c walnuts, chopped1/4 c wheat germ1/2 t ground cinnamon
Directions
Blend pumpkin, egg, margarine, honey, and molasses in a mixing bowl. Add oats, seeds, nuts, wheat germ, and cinnamon; mix well. Spread mixture into lightly greased 15-1/2 by 10-1/2 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350F 40 minutes. While warm, cut into 3 by 1-1/2 inch bars.
For very crisp bars, remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
Makes about 30 bars.
