Lettuce Shrimp Bowls

Ingredients
Shrimp 24oz.Red Bell Pepper 1Yellow Bell Pepper 1Orange Bell Pepper 1Large Yellow Onion 1McCormick Grillmates Roasted Garlic & Herb 2 tbspI Can't Believe It's Not Butter 1tbspCooking Spray
Directions
1.Julienne the onions and peppers. (I used a mandolin)
2. Take lettuce head and run under water. let the water pool under each layer, making the leaf come off with out tearing.
3. In a large skillet spray and add onions.
4. Once onions start to brown add the peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add shrimp and butter and seasoning. Cover and let cook for 5-10 minutes until shrimp is cooked and sauce thickens.
6. Once shrimp is cooked cover and remove from heat.
7. Take your lettuce leaf and fill with your shrimp. Depending on how loose or curled you can either wrap or leave it as a lettuce bowl.
8. Garnish with parsley or dried parsley.
