1 green bell pepper, 1 red pepper1 onion1 can sloppy joe sauce1 package firm tofu
Directions
wash and chop bell pepper, onion, and red pepper set asaid .
rinse and squeeze tofu . fry tofu, onion, bell pepper, red pepper in an non stick skillet until brown . add sloppy joe sauce and simmer until done.. serves up to 6 ..
