4 cups baby carrots2 cups celery2 gloves Garlic8 oz mushrooms1 large vadelia onion1 large green pepper4 medium red potatos2# beef, lean stew meat4 cups water
Chop all ingredients and place in large roasting pan. Pre-heat oven to 300. Place covered in oven for 90 min.
Can also make gravy the last 10 mins. of cook time.
