Ingredients
8.0 oz Pink Salmon - Wild Alaskan Salmon Skineless and Boneless Canned0.25 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain0.25 cup, crushed Saltine Crackers (Saltines)1.0 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
Directions
Mix and let stand for 5 minutes. Form into four patties. Fry in medium hot skillet a few minutes per side to brown.

Serving Size: Makes four patties approximately 4 inch each. Serving size is 2 patties
