Michelle's Lemon Blurberry Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries, fresh 2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 3/4 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1/4 cup Weson Vegatable Oil (by JBUSTILLOS) 1/4 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar 3 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Lemon ExtraZest of one lemon2tbl lemon zest
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for blueberries together. When combines fold in blueberries. Grease bottom of muffin tin or use muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 18 to 20 minutes.
