Bacon, Spinach, and Egg Muffin

Ingredients
11 slices of bacon12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 can of leaf spinach or chopped fresh spinachSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Cook bacon to your liking, and chop into small pieces. 2. Drain spinach (if canned). 3. Crack eggs into a large bowl and mix until smooth. 4. Add bacon and spinach to egg mixture and add salt and pepper. 5. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray then pour about 1/3 a cup of egg mixture into each section. 6. Bake in a oven preheated to 350 for 15-20 minutes
