Ingredients
24.0 oz Atlantic Salmon (1 very large fillet)7.0 serving Light Mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp each3.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, Real Mayonnaise4.0 tbsp Almonds - sliced1/2 Lemon, fresh squeezed juice 2.0 sprigs Dill weed, freshsalt, pepper, paprika
Directions
Mix ingredients together (except nuts). Add a pinch of salt, pepper & paprika. Sread over fish. Sprinkle almonds & bake at 375* for 25 minutes. Squeeze on juice of 1/2 lemon & serve.
