Banana oatmeal muffin

Ingredients
2.5 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 6 oz Fage Greek Yogurt 2% plain 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in med. bowl. Mash bananas until no large lumps, whisk in eggs, vanilla and yogurt. Add dry mixture to wet and stir together. Bake in greased muffin pan for 17 min. at 400 degree oven.
