I love this salad, but had forgotten about it. The only way the marmalade could make it bad tasting is if you used bad tasting marmalade. We love it! - 8/26/09

The marmalade made this dish very bitter (tasted mostly like rind). We doctored it up with honey, salt & pepper. That improved it but it still wasn't a huge hit at our BBQ. Won't make this one again. - 4/9/07

Great recipe! To eliminate the pink-ing of red or purple cabbage, just soak cabbage in cold water for 15-20 minutes. (Ditto for radishes.) - 12/3/09

Don't like sweet coleslaw - I make mine with oil and vinager
No red cabbage that turns the slaw into an awful PINK. Equal amount of oil and vinager, salt & pepper to taste. My Mom alway called this Greek Slaw We love it!!! great for a diet!! - 10/13/09

This sounds appetizing to me but my family wouldn't eat it. My husband is so picky. I have been substituting some sour cream in to decrease the mayo. So far my family hasn't noticed. - 8/26/09

I love cole slaw and since I've been using my nutritional tracker it's been hard to eat it. I'll give this one a try. Hope it's good. - 12/3/09
