1 tbsp Coconut flour 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Coconut Oil
Place all ingredients in mug or ramekin, mix well to combine. Cook in microwave for 90 seconds. Remove and run a butter knife around outer side of mug then turn over onto plate (sometimes it will come out on its own) slice horizontally into two slices.
