2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese 1 T Vegetable Oil 2 T Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 C Almond Flour 2 t hot sauce.5 tsp Salt
Directions
425 degrees
MW cheese and oil until stir-able
stir in guacomole,egg,flour
press out to 9x12 using parchment paper,or larger for a thinner, crispier cracker (bake less)
score 6x8 for 48 crackers
bake 10 min on each side
