Ingredients
3.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 30 gram(s) NPB Iso-Whey Protein Powder 2 cup Berries, frozen (Raspberries, Blackberries & Blueberries) 2 tbsp *Flax Seed 210 gram(s) Siggis - Plain - Icelandic Style Skyr - 0% Milkfat
Directions
1. Pre make the oatmeal with the protein powder and flax in it.
2. Portion into 7 containers of 1/2 cup serving size each.
3. Put 1/3 cup of frozen berries on top with 2 tablespoons of skyr.
