Ingredients
4 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese .25 cup Butter, salted 3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 1.5 cup RO TEL DICED TOMATOES & GREEN CHILES 10 OZ CAN (by JONAHSADIE) 0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (by SHERILG) 1 serving Garlic Salt, Lawrys (1/4 tsp) .25 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 2 cup Baby Spinach (raw) 2 cup Cooked Salad Shrimp (minis) (by STEVELINDER) 1.5 cup Mueller's Penne Rigate pasta
Directions
Melt butter, add chopped onion and minced garlic. Stir in Cream Cheese until melted and smooth. Add 1 can Ro Tel Tomatoes, Garlic Salt, Red Pepper, and diced Green Pepper. Stir, add Baby Spinach chopped. In separate pot, boil pasta until al dente. Add drained, cooked pasta to sauce along with cooked baby shrimp. Cook to heat shrimp 2 more minutes. Enjoy
