.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic 4 serving earthy grains 100% whole grain quinoa white (1/4 C Dry = 1 serving) (by COOKN5036) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 1 tbsp Curry powder 1 tbsp Chili powder
Step 1 Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook and stir for 2 minutes; add quinoa and cook and stir until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.
Step 2 Pour broth into the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and ad curry and chile powders; cover and simmer until tender, about 25 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
