Peanut Butter Cottage Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients
1/2 c.fat free cottage cheese2 tsp. natural chunky peanut butter (I use Skippy, it rocks)2-3 paks Splenda1 tbsp or less Jello Cheesecake pudding (sugar free)2tsp. cinnamon2 tbsp. Cool Whip Free
Directions
whip cottage cheese in blender until smooth..add in small amounts of water until its as smooth as you like......Add in 2-3 paks Splenda....continue to whip.....add in pudding....mix well.

After this sets in fridge for a few mins mix in the peanut butter and cinnamon.

Garnish with Cool Whip sprinkle of cinnamon

    i just made this as a snack...i've been having lots of sweet tooth cravings lately...it was amazing!
    i used a tbs of FF SS jello cheesecake and a tbs of drk coca powder (only 5 cals!)...and this was amazing! and what a great way to get my protein!

    Awww you are so welcome! I eat this everynight before bed and because of the protein in the cottage cheese (casein) and the fat from the PB I am never hungry in the morning ;)....any of the recipes with the cottage cheese cake are staples in my diet...gotta try the cocoa idea..thanks!
