Rice cake with tomato

Ingredients
1 Rice Cake1 Tbsp. of Fat Free Mayonaise1-slice of tomatoSeason to taste: Seasoned salt (optional)pepper, paprika, garlic (minced, powder)Cheese(optional)
Directions
Put Rice cakes into toaster. Toast until lightly brown.
Add mayonaise, tomato and seasoning.
Enjoy!
(You can substitute Low Fat Mayonaise or plain yogurt for the Fat Free Mayonaise and add whatever seasonings, cheese, fruit or vegetables to the rice cake.
