Super Easy Scrambled Egg

Ingredients
1 egg (large but any size will do, nutritional info is for large)1/4 cup milk a dash of pepper
Directions
1. break an egg into a mug or bowl (something microwave safe)
2. add milk (1/4 cup)
3. whisk with a fork
4. microwave for 2 - 3 minutes (start at about 1.5 and learn your own microwave's time)
5. when cooked, add your pepper and enjoy some easy protein
