CUDALOUISE
this has become a staple for me. it has morphed into a yummy veggie concoction that is easy and oh so flavorful. i use mild peppers, onion, green pepper, and any other veggie that strikes my fancy at the time. i use plain tomato sauce and sprinkle pizza seasoning on. real quick. real good:) - 10/31/08

Tortilla (1) 170 cal. English Muffin (2 oz) 135 cal. Pita Pocket Bread (1) 106 cal.
NOTE: feta: salty, crumbly Greek cheese stored in brine- rinse before use to remove excess salt or, substitute with ricotta salata: mild sheep's milk Italian cheese or MORE mozzarella.

I tried this yesterday for dinner. Very easy to make and tasted really good and was filling. I used a whole wheat tortilla and added some onion and bell pepper too. The feta really makes it tasty. Definitely a keeper and one that you can build on by adding different ingredients. - 10/24/08
