Meat Spagetti Sauce

1 lb lean ground beef or tukey1 Tbsp olive oil1 onion, chopped3-4 galic cloves, crushed2 cans diced tomatos1 can stewed tomatos2 can tomato pastesalt, pepper, italien seasoning or a combination of fresh or dried herbs like rosemary, oregano, basil, thyme
Saute Ground Beef, onion and garlic in olive oil until onions are tender. Add tomato paste to pan and stir constantly , letting paste brown slightly. Add remaining tomatos with juices and enough water to make a good consistancy. Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs. Cover and simmer over low heat for at least 30 min. up to several hours. Add small amounts of water if needed. Longer cooking time results in more flaverful sauce.
