Quick Fried Rice for 1 w/Wasabi

Ingredients
1/2 cup white short grain rice1/4 cup chopped carrots1 large scallion1 large egg1.5 oz Teriyaki Chicken (pre-cooked) 1 tbsp lite soy sauce1/4 tsp wasabi
Directions

Add 1-2 tbsp water to wok and throw in the chicken

Chop the carrots and scallion and add it in

Stir, add a little more water if needed, stir some more

While that's cooking, mix the lite soy sauce and the wasabi together

Add in 1 egg, stir and mix with other ingredients

When the egg is mostly solid, add in 1/2 rice and mix

When everything is mixed well, add in the soy sauce/wasabi mix and mix it
