200 g imitation crabmeat finely chopped4 tbsp light mayo (or fat free)1 tbsp chives (fresh or dried)1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes1 tsp minced garlic1 cup cherry tomatoes quartered

Mix all ingredients together. Toss with your favourite pasta or salad.

Refridgerates well.
