Tuna Noodle Casserole

3 cups medium noodles/1 cup elbow macaroni1 cup chopped celery1/4 cup chopped onion2 T. margarine or butter1 can (11 oz) cheddar cheese soup or cream of mushroom soup3/4 cup milk1 9 1/4 oz can salmon or 2 6 3/4 oz cans tuna, drained and in chunks(About a cup of frozen peas)2 T. Parmesan cheese
Cook noodles.
Saute celery and onion in butter until soft and translucent.
Add soup and milk, heat through.
Add fish (and peas), heat through, then pour over noodles in a 9-inch glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 F for 25-30 minutes until cheese is brown and crusty.
