4-cheese Lasagna with Spinach

Ingredients
1 box Catelli Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles1 jar Simply Natural Organic Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce1 pound Lean Ground Sirloin 10% Fat10 oz. package frozen Spinach 500 g Ricotta Cheese (optional)2 cups Skim milk Mozzarella 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Brown hamburger. Add spinach and tomato sauce. Alternately layer noodles, ricotta cheese, mozzarella and meat sauce mixture, leaving about 1/2 cup mozzarella. Top with remaining mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
