Egg Beaters, onion, green bell pepper, reduced fat parmesan cheese, bay shrimp.
Saute veggies and shrimp in a pan and add egg beaters. Using a spatula, fold the eggs until the bottom is cooked. Flip eggs and top with parmesan cheese.
