Throw-together Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
2 sm. cans tuna, chunk white albacore1/2 c. long grain white rice1 c. frozen peas1 can cream-o-celery soup, not condensed1/4 c. Kraft Miracle Whip Light Dressing1/2 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt1 1/2 oz. Boulder Canyon Potato Chips, kettle cooked (any flavor)2 1/2 oz. cheddar or colby cheese, lowfat
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients and spread evenly in an 8x8 glass pan. Crush the potato chips and layer on top. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top of that. Bake for 20 min. or until bubbly. Makes 4 servings, approx. 1 1/4 cups each.
