Banana Shake

Ingredients
2 medium bananas1 cup of 2 % milk (can be replaced with skim milk)1 cup of vanilla ice-cream (can be replaced with frozen yogurt)A blender
Directions
Cut the bananas into 1 inch cubes. Add the bananas and milk into the blender. Blend the milk and bananas together until mostly smooth. Add the ice-cream and blend only until mixed. Then enjoy!
