Ingredients
Flounder, 2 fillets approx 4 oz1/2 TBS lemon juice1/2 TSP garlic powder1/2 TSP lemon pepper1 TBS Country Crock margarine, divided into 1/4 TBSs
Directions
Place fillets in baking dish. Pour over lemon juice onto each fillet. Sprinkle lemon pepper and garlic all over. Top each fillet with a 1/4 TBS margarine.

    I tried this recipe (baked at 425F for about 10-15 minutes). The flavor was good but the texture of the flounder was mushy. Maybe some other type of fish would work better? - 2/14/14
