Banana Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
1/4 C Fresh Blueberries1 Ripe Banana1 C 2% MilkGround Cinnamon to tasteGround Nutmeg to taste4 to 6 Ice Cubes
Directions
Makes approximately 4 cups
Put the ice and milk in a blender. Peel and cut or break the banana into several pieces and add to the blender. Rinse and add the blueberries. Sprinkle a little of cinnamon and nutmeg to personal taste. Set the blender to Crush and pulse until the mixture is thick and smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy for breakfast, or afternoon snack.
