Ive made this for years, only I boil the cream of chicken w/about 3/4 of the can filled w/water..then cook the rice in that mixture. Mix in the chicken or serve on the side/top. Serve with vegetables. Everyone enjoys it!! Ive never had a complaint! - 10/30/09

This is a very easy recipe. I doubled it so there would be leftovers. My son and I both loved it. He said it was like chicken dumplings minus the dumplings. Will definitely make this again. - 9/16/09

I make this with chicken or turkey and add mixed vegetables. It is great on brown rice or noodles. My family likes there servings over biscuits. - 1/4/09

When I make this (souped up minute rice) I add extra water and either rice or noodles. I also add frozen mixed veggies and mushrooms for a true one-skillet meal. Usually get 4+ servings and I use dark meat and mushroom soup. My homemade broth instead of water. - 1/4/09

Very easy to make. Tastes excellent. When 'upsizing' it (as the recipe is for one) I ended up using less soup (4 chicken breasts to 3 cups of soup). - 10/28/08
