1 can tuna in water, drained2 slices of light wheat bread, toasted and crumbled (or .5 cup bread crumbs)1 egg white .25 teaspoon black pepper1-2 clove of garlic, minced.25 cup onions, finely chopped.25 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (or slightly less than .25t chili powder).25 cup teriyaki sauce, reduced sodium if you have it- 2 Kaiser rolls, Not included in nutritional value
1. Mix tuna, teriyaki sauce, bread crumbs, pepper, garlic, hot sauce and egg whites in a bowl until well combined, and no large pieces of tuna remain.
2. Mix well and form into two burgers.
3. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat (spray wiht cooking spray or add oil if desired).
4. Cook the patties until brown on both sides and heated through, about 2 minutes per side.
