Artichoke, Mushroom, Sun Dried Tomato Alfredo

Ingredients
Bertoli Mushroom Alfredo Sauce, 2 cupPasta, cooked, 16 ozArtichokes, fresh, 6 artichoke, mediumSun Dried Tomatoes, 1 cupItalian Sausage, pork, 2 link, 4/lbMushrooms, canned, 2 cup
Directions
Cook Sausage in large pan. Cut into small peices when complete. When almost finished add tomatores, artichokes, and mushrooms and stir together, heating and/or sauteeing. I cook with water rather than oil to avoid extra calories and fat but you can use olive oil if you prefer. When all ingredients are heated and sizzling turn down to low and stir in alfredo sauce. Mix well and add to cooked pasta when complete.

    THanks! Unfortunately the tomatoes put the sodium content rather up there. Even though its not the healthiest it can be eaten in moderation and be o-so delish and still packed with a lot of nutrients! Thanks for the comment! Have a great day!
