7 servings out of 1.3 lbs of chicken seems like very tiny portions...the recipe would probably serve 4 at about 250 calories per serving. - 8/16/09

This was great but I added garlic. We'll definitely make this again. I love knowing it 's a healthy meal AND my kiddos loved it. - 8/12/09

I made this tonight with rice and french green beans. I gave this a three star rating because I thought it was ok but my son didn't like it so I won't be making this again. - 1/26/16

The only problem I had was it was so good I wanted more. But I have leftovers to look forward to for tomorrow. Will be having this again, a lot. - 5/13/15

I made it tonight, last night I prepared the marinade and then this morning before work I put it in the slow cooker and to make a super easy cleanup I used a liner for the slow cooker. The chicken was super moist and delicious. tomorrow I am having some left overs on a salad. - 7/1/13

7 servings out of 1.3 lbs of chicken may seem small but, when made into a SpartPeople meal, with 1 starch and 2 vegetables it makes a great meal. You add a beverage or water and a lite dessert and it is very filling. I really like the taste and it was so simple. - 7/7/12

This has become a new favorite in our house! I made extra marinade to cook it in and the chicken was very moist and tender. - 5/20/12

I would definitely recommend a slow cooker OR covering the chicken in tinfoil to keep it moist. This was delicious and really lends itself to great vegetable pairings, but I must have overcooked mine because it was dry. Great cold on salad the next day!! - 2/4/11

I love this recipe! The only change I make is I add sauted garlics and some chili paste for heat. I would recommend this to everyone! - 1/25/11

We loved this chicken, I didn't use the tarragon because I get scared of unknown spices in my food. We also just grilled it instead of baking. AWESOME, will put it in the rotation now. Thanks - 8/2/10

Pretty good, not as flavorful as I would have liked, but easy to prepare and low in calories - 6/23/10

Making this for dinner tonight, though I'm not a big terragon fan, I used savory. Also added a little dill to it as well as some pepper. I'll let you know how it turns out. The marinade smells delicious, though, that's for sure. - 3/23/10

Honestly my favorite SP recipe I've tried! It was delicious and so easy. I will definitely be making this again :) I used 1 Tbsp of honey and about 1/2 a Tbsp of tarragon. Loved it! - 1/29/10
