Sweet crusted baked flounder

Ingredients
1 lb. flounder fillets (frozen pck.) thawed 1 c. crushed vanilla wafer, lower fat, crumbs2 oz. hard parmesan gratedSeason to taste1 egg1/4 c. nonfat milk
Directions
Makes about 4 servings

After thawing flounder in refrigerator, pat dry with paper towel. Meanwhile, in one bowl combine crumbs, parmesan, and seasoning. In another bowl combine egg and milk and whisk.

Dip fish fillets in egg, then roll in wafer crumb mix. Spray oil on baking sheet and lay fillets on baking sheet. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
