Delicious taste more like deep dish pizza than tilapia and great for someone needing a high fiber dinner I served it with seasoned collard greens (no fat added to collards. Yielded 70 cal for 1-cup collards and 4 grams additional Fiber. - 2/1/10

SOOOOOO yummy and easy to make! I used them to make fish tacos tonight. We didn't put cheese on them while they were in the oven, we did it later when we made the tacos. It was my first time EVER cooking fish, and this is one of my new favorite recipes! - 12/1/09

This was awesome! Tasty and even great for those who don't care for fish! The salsa and small amount of cheese really make it tasty!! - 3/26/10
