Marinated Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
Directions
3 pork tenderloins1/4 cup light soy sauce1/4 cup honey2 cloves garlic, crushed1 tsp finely chopped ginger1/2 tsp five spice powder or cinnamon
1. Place all ingredients in a glass bowl, mix to coat pork. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning pork occasionally.
2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pork from marinade. Fold thin tail of tenderloin underneath and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
3. Roast pork for 35 to 40 minutes or until cooked.
4. While pork is cooking, place marinade in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Use this to baste pork during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
