cold spicy konjac shirataki noodles with shrimp

1 lb frozen shrimp0.25c sesame seeds0.25c Wegmans Thai Peanut Sauce4 large scallions3 9oz packages of konjac angel hair shirataki noodles(I order them from www.konjacfoods.com)
- Rinse three 9oz packages of konjac shirataki pasta well in cold water until there is no smell Drain and set aside.
- Run frozen shrimp under cold tap water until thawed. Remove the tails.
- Rinse the scallions and cut in small diagonal slices.
- Toss peanut sauce with cold pasta.
- Toss shrimp and scallions with pasta. Garnish with sesame seeds.
-May refrigerate and serve the following day.
- Serves 6.

I was aiming for more flavor (ginger and garlic), more protein (chicken) and less sodium.
I like the idea of the cabbage in yours.

Sounds great! I used 1 cup of cold leftover Turkey, 1 C of Chicken stock that I reduced in the micro., 3 oz. rice noodles and 1/2 T almond butter due to many issues. I garnished with my own sesame salt and a T of fresh lime juice. Also added some frozen peas (or bell peppers) Thanks for sharing - 6/1/09
