Double Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups quick cooking oats1/2 cup flour, all-purpose2 teaspoons baking powder5 tablespoons light butter1 cup brown sugar1/2 cup sugar1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla1/2 cup Egg Beaters® 99% egg substitute 2/3 cup Peanut Butter 1/3 cup peanut butter baking chips1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 10x15" rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray. Cream butter, brown sugar, sugar, and peanut butter together. Add egg substiute, 1/4 c. at a time. Add vanilla. Mix well. Add oatmeal, flour and baking soda. Stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Press into greased 15 x 10 inch pan. for 18 - 20 minutes. It will not look "done" when you take it out of the oven, but do not overbake.
