Banana Muffins

Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup sugar2 eggs1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 med)1 3/4 cup flour2 teas. baking powder1/2 teas. salt1/4 teas. baking soda
Directions
Mash the bananas, then mix the wet ingredients but don't overbeat. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet until just blended.

This makes 12 regular size muffins. Bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
