Grilled Pizzas

Ingredients
Whole wheat tortillasTomatoe Sauce (I use Hunts sauce with the extra Garlic added in)Shrimp(cooked) - I do four on each pizzaFresh MushroomsRed Onion
Directions
The best way to cook the pizza is with a grill basket.
Place Tortilla in basket
On top of the Tortilla add your sauce, then all toppings, cheese being last.
Add to grill.
It only needs to be on the grill for a short time for the cheese to melt
