Whole Wheat No Sugar Banana Muffins

3 1/4 cup whole wheat flour2 t. baking soda1 t. salt2 T. flax seed meal1/3 c. canola oil1/3 c. no sugar added applesause1/2 c. agave nectar1/4 c. Splenda2 whole eggs3 egg whites2 c. mashed bananas1/2 c. hot water
Stir together dry ingredients. Beat oil, applesause, agave and Splenda together; add eggs and beat well. Add bananas and beat to combine. Add dry ingredients to wet, alternating with hot water; mix well after each addition. Spoon batter into greased mini muffin cups; bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes, or until muffins are golden brown and test done. Remove from oven and cool on rack.
Makes 48 mini muffins .
NOTE: You can also make 24 regular sized muffins instead of mini ones. My daughter just prefers "little" foods. You would need to adjust for nutritional info if you make larger muffins. ENJOY!
