Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal/grits/ polenta4 cups water1 T. margerineSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil water, whisk in polenta. Cook covered, stirring frequently 5 minutes or til thick.

Makes four 1 cup servings.

    This recipe may be used for breakfast dinner or lunch.
    All you need do is add spices, (basil;italian seasonings;
    parmesan cheese; romano, etc. etc.
