Ingredients
1 lb ground beef2 eggs1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs1/2 cup water1/4 c grated parmesan cheese1/4 c grated romano cheese1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground black pepper1 Tbsp dried parsely flakes1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basil1 Tbsp olive oil for greasing baking pan
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. Sometimes needs less breadcrumbs and water, sometimes more. Form into approximately 2-inch meatballs. Lightly grease baking pan with olive oil. Bake for about 30 min in a 350-degree oven.

Makes about 20 meatballs, depending on the size and how uniform you get them.
