Non-Fat Smoothie

Ingredients
Dannon Light & Fit Nonfat Vanilla (or flavor of your choice) Yogurt, 6 oz=1 cup (as in container/serving)Banana, fresh, small (6" ti 6-7/8" long)Ice Cubes (approximately two large handfuls)
Directions
Place banana, yogurt, and ice into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Note: I have found that putting the ingredients (such as they are) into the blender in the order given allows the blender to work most efficiently.
