Ingredients
1/4c olive oil, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 pint chopped onions, 2lbs ground beef, 2 -24 oz cans diced tomatoes, 1-24 oz can crushed tomatoes, 2-12 oz cans red kidney beans, 2/3 tsp chili powder, 2/3 tsp salt, 2/3 tsp cumin seed, 1/2 tsp pepper.Saute garlic and onions in oil.brown meat.Put all in a pot - cover and simmer 1 1/2 hrs.
