Creole Shrimp Sauce

1 TBSP EVOO1 large clove garlic, minced1/4 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped green peppers1/2 cup yellow pepper1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 tsp paprika1/2 tsp dried thyme1 1/2 tsp Creole seasoning1/2 tsp oregano1/2 tsp basil1 tsp worcestershire sauce1/4 hot sauce1/4 ground pepper1 can diced tomatoes2 cups Swanson's chicken broth1 8oz can tomato sauce1 14oz package medium raw shrimp peeled and deveined with tail offblackened seasoning
Sautee onions, peppers, garlic and celery in the EVOO till tender. Stir in diced tomatoes, add paprika, creole seasoning, thyme, oregano, basil, worcestershire, hot sauce, and ground pepper. Sautee for 1 minute longer. Add chicken stock and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil. Continue cooking uncovered for approximiately 10 minutes. Most of liquid will cook away.
In another pan spray with non stick spray and sautee shrimp with blackened seasoning till pink. Add to sauce.
